I can’t stand this Twilight Zone of identity madness we’ve all been thrust into. But when in Rome...
This “Diversity” photo is truly mind-blowing. And I’m not sure most people appreciate just how poignant it is. There is the obvious glaring hypocrisy that “diversity” here literally means all black women. That would be the polar opposite of “diversity”; it’s as homogeneous as one could create. So this is Yahoo just railing some 2+2=5 into American minds. But of course! That’s when Diversity is capitalized like The Science and Our Democracy.
But the second buried layer here is even more interesting. This race essentialism garbage has ruined so many minds. It was deployed to do precisely that. All to drive The Equity Programme, which is a horrific chapter in our history meant to transform our society and governance fully and permanently (destroy, IMO). It has resulted in, well, what it set out to achieve. Millions now have this laser-locked and deranged false understanding of race and ethnicity and, shit, reality. A man from Nairobi has as much in common with a man from Kingston as two guys from Italy and Ireland. The Equity Troop needs you to believe life is oppressive and hard for anyone of select categories. As if an Obama or Claudine Gay has walked a life of struggle. Again, broken brains, but broken for a purpose. Broken to be in service.
My point with this is even if you are one who operates within this rigid framework of race essentialism and identity mania, this photo still couldn’t be LESS diverse. Black women in of themselves are an extremely diverse demographic. This photo shoot ain’t it! It’s legit like a Twilight Zone episode. A row of almost identical figures scrolling across an assembly-line while the audience is told to call them “Diverse” and does so like clapping seals. It’s scary stuff. It’s no wonder things are amping up, melting down, fracturing and fraying. To some, might call it mission success!
. . .

Not even any diversity in the swim suits. Individualism is verboten.
Much of DEI is built on Implicit Bias, which appears to conflate "lack of familiarity" with bias, bias with preference, and preference with prejudice.
