If everything DNC is not "median Democrats", then what is?

I’m not sure there is any line I have taken to task more than this one…

That’s a statement from one of the most heralded “center-left” journos we have. And you’re welcome to take issue with that titling, but it’s objectively true. At least if we’re looking at the slice of the intellectual pie that I’m focused on here. The one that I so frequently swing my Vanquisher of Intellectual Dishonesty at. There is a reason for that, and I’ll get there in a minute. But let’s talk a bit more about Jesse Singal. If you want to read where that line comes from before I bias you, I’ve linked it below. The problem with being anti-woke Mr. Centrist Writer penned… Mr. Reasonable who is above the tribal fray and willing to call out all sides… the journo who has led the charge on reporting the malfeasance and corruption within the gender complex… who bull-horned this out wide in late summer 2022… when it mattered most… weeks before an election was to take place to decide whether this wicked woke agenda would continue to advance on as unassailable Progress and mandatory D-Equity-I law… the journo who had written a bit about the obvious and destructive insanity of this Equity pursuit… but not a single world from this highly-touted writer to his highly-trusting audience about the who and how and why this was advancing on against both the interests and desires of not just the American people, but even the DNC base itself… the “median Democrats”.

This is high-art propaganda. When it mattered most and the chips were down, this dude bitched out for state capture worse than anyone in the field. Career-ender in an industry built on integrity and honesty of thought/presentation. That’s what I’ve bludgeoned his reputation to death with it ever since. He’s never had to go back and explain what this means to his audience. “If you’re against the most radical transformative law in the history of our country, your beef is not with the voters of the political party driving the same radical transformative law in the history of our country”? WTAF?!? That’s as egregiously dishonest as Cathy Young is on the COVID front (I bet the two of them share notes). And it’s funny, because the same slices of the “reasonable” and “moderate” and “centrist” and “center-left” and “highly educated” and “our shit doesn’t doesn’t stink” spheres of our culture still blow Jesse and Cathy… and Anne and Tom and Angie and Caitlin and Sam and French and all the good little boys who march in line like they’re told. These pieces from another propaganda artist masquerading as a journalist ring very similar, don’t they? All pushed out at the same time when the cards were on the table. Every one of these drones just beating the Progress drum.

Guy blew a very different sounding horn in 2021. It’s so painfully deceptive and dishonest. They all just write and relay to a predetermined target. Our whole damn legacy media! It’s honestly difficult to wrap your mind around, even when you study this shit every single day.

I want to do a little walk back through time so we can really analyze the context surrounding this statement. I want everyone who still holds some semblance of respect for these minds as brokers of honesty and reporters of truth to realize the depth of either their corruption or own internal-consumption. Let’s go back to the start of this new period in American society; the Beforetimes-Aftertimes of 2020.

That year was nucking futs! Everything about it was completely insane. We all carry the mental scars (some people real ones, other lost lives, billions in damage, millions of lives ruined), but let’s just refresh it all for the purpose of giving thought to Jesse’s life mantra by scrolling through a few images…

I could just go on and on. That pretty much all came off a single thread of mine on X. It’s just staggering what we’ve been through. And everything I linked above - the freakin destruction of everything we knew and had as The Old to be replaced with a “New Normal” - is fairly described as “woke”. Because “woke” is actually Equity. D-Equity-I. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion. The replacement of equality under the law with dogmatically determined equity (by academic zealots at campuses like Cornell and Columbia and Berkeley) and ultimately the abolishment of capitalism to be replaced with capture and distribution for The Collective. This IS the final fruit of The Long March through the institutions. THAT’S what “woke” ultimately is. Here is another thread to check out if you’re not in agreement with the description of “woke”. I put this together as a tool or that stupid questions (dishonest cudgel):

In 2020, there is no questioning what “woke” meant; what it stood for, what it was trying to capture and achieve, what is was openly attacking and destroying. And the DNC, the party of “medical Democrats”, branded around this wicked anti-American radicalism in full. This was the marquee performer at the DNC Convention in 2020. Look at all of the detail and symbolism. From this broken man who was manufactured into a mascot for Critical Christ Theory; the perpetually angry detached and empty Boomers all holding protest signs and fists in the air; to the American flag being torn apart by those same protest hands; an American flag not of Red, White and Blue, but of the Afro Liberation colors of the 1960s Equity movements. Of course! It’s all been right in front of us. This is when Colin Kaepernick, a product of privilege and a relic of spoiled American success, was manufactured into a Hatecraft prop by Nike, which went on to earn over $8 BILLION off the “America is a racist shithole and the NFL is chattel slavery” advertisement campaign which… wait for it… was awarded an Emmy. Of course it was. Just like that pink-haired Queer+ Equity maniac Nikole Hannah-Jones was awarded a Pulitzer.

I gotta run to my office now and probably wrap this up tonight. I meant for this to be another quick morning essay (my new thing), but this topic is way too heavy. It’s way too personal. I’m going to pause it here. I don’t think anyone can argue “woke” meant “median Democrat” in 2020. In the next pages of this one, we’ll similarly flesh out what “woke” looked in 2021-2023, how it roared it head in 2024, and what it remains today. David Hogg was appointed DNC Chair no? But Mr. Singal won’t write about anything but the dangers of Elon and Trump. How bout that! I’m going to put whatever is left of this reputation in a pine box when I make it back here. Sorry to those of you who still so adore journo-Jesse… but not sorry. He isn’t worthy of shit from that station. It’s a danger to a nation that needs a free press for our respected writers to be so singularly captured and subservient. And this piece won’t just be about Jesse. I’m going to try and put a whole lot of people into this house. We’ll end on Cathy’s BFF from Down Under, Ms. Sanctimony herself, Claire Lehmann.

There is a reason I point at this camp so intensely. And I’ll show you why in detail when I come back. I find their intellectual dishonesty to be far more despicable and damaging than the sewage we see from people like Maddow. That’s because they still hold a societal station they don’t deserve.
