I first thought that some sociopath had used Orwell's 1984 to guide creation of the dystopian ideology of their twisted dreams. But I soon realized the strong resemblance to 1984 is because Orwell's dystopian novel was inspired by what he'd witnessed in the USSR

Today's Woke ideology is spawn of this same sociopathic ideology. I had assumed that after 40 years of Cold War, Marxism would be left in the dustbin of history where it belongs. But instead this poison was allowed to freely insinuate itself into university. The long march through the institutions is complete. We are in a precarious situation indeed
