... and Twitter suspension update.

I was thinking about the words that got me sent off to the Twitterclink again. “Hateful conduct”. GTFO! I stated that transgender means a person with gender dysphoria (fact) which is a known and diagnosed mental disorder (fact) - one that is currently in the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (also a fact). That’s it. That’s the tweet. The one that I now have to delete or I likely never get to post on Twitter again. Twitter being the only place I do post, mind you. There is no Theo Jordan without Twitter. And just like that *snaps* they vanish me from the discourse. Rollergator was in purgatory for a year. They don’t ever have to answer the appeal. They want you to delete and obey. I wrote about it more yesterday in the link below.

But I'm not going to delete and obey. I’m ready to be gone from Twitter, I think. If I were to get back on, I will unquestionably speak of gender dysphoria being a mental-health disorder again. Hell, I've written long threads about it. The tweet I got zapped over was actually a reply under a thread I had written on the same topic. There are posts in it that are ‘worse' than this one, IMO. Do these same brats report me on those other posts the following day? So do I have to delete the whole thread? I won't do that. I'm not willing to forego calling the sky blue. And so it feels like time; it feels meant to be. But I’ll get into that another day. I want to hone in on the substance here…

I spent a lot of time last month talking about “protected classes”. We have so many laws built around discrimination, laws that are ever-expanding. They all must root to a protected class or it won’t qualify for federal protection. Now, I recognize that a context like Twitter is very different from government and state action (though maybe we're seeing they aren’t so different!), but the analysis within both is similar. As you see in Twitter's TOS above, they add “gender identity" as one of the groups/characteristics they are protecting. But what exactly is “gender identity” in this arena? What are its parameters? It's an analogous question to “what is Queer+” when Team Biden passes law for “LGBTQIA+”. What does that even mean?!? I guarantee you Joe himself doesn’t have a clue. And I’m not just swinging at a punching bag here, I’m going somewhere important with this…

This is all just complete nonsense to me. “To me". I’m not telling YOU how to live your life. But no, you’re not a “Mx”, you're a “Ms” to me. And no, there aren’t “40 LGBTQ+ communities" that are deserving of unique administrative protection. Complete insanity. But also specifically-designed insanity. Read this passage from Crenshaw. That 12-year-old got to join “Pride" and say fuck you to all the normies by simply drawing that evil looking self-portrait carrying a striped flag. That 12-year-old also documented suicidal thoughts because she was not “queer enough" for her friends. I wish that wasn’t a true story, but tragically it is.

This here is not anything to be proud about. It’s not inclusive, it’s not equitable, it’s not finding yourself or existing, it’s a child in immense pain. It’s absolutely heartbreaking. These sick sociopaths advertise it like it’s cool.

I am not required to abide by any of this. Let me repackage that: I have full rights to refute and deny all of this. I make these decisions and not you. I think all but the most crazed ideologues would agree with me on that as long as I stay in my yard. But therein lies the problem, eh? Let's go back to Twitter…

I am now permanently silenced there for speaking to a known mental disorder. One presently in THE diagnostic book from our top mental-disorder experts. Why would that be so? How could that be so? Because the people who control this process subscribe to gender theory and demand that we all do too or be unable to use the platform, unable to speak in our era's town square. It’s that simple, and that terrible.

Because see, while I have no interest or agenda in being a jerk to transpeople, I do not subscribe to gender theory. My children will not be raised under gender theory. That is not a boy on the side of that bus stop above, even if they want to be called one. That is a young girl with significant mental disorder under severe distress. This chart here is neither science nor reality. It is nothing but academic sophistry.

I don’t give a shit how many papers the Gorskis of the world publish. There is no basis whatsoever for the notion a human being can change from male/female on thought alone. There is nothing to support the idea a human's male/female categorization is not set by our reproduction process. The entire theory ultimately drills down to gender ROLES. That's what this perverse dogma roots from. That’s why you hear about it riding in with radical feminism. It did; it's an offshoot. One that has zero merit beyond dogma. The idea (which you hear all the time!) gender is unknown/"assigned" at delivery and then figured out at a later time is complete lunacy. But I don’t mean to jab, because I’m not here to tell people they can't be loony. For some reason, however, they are telling me I'm required to be loony with them.

This is why I talked about "gender identity" above. There is no such thing in the physical world. It does not exist… except in the mind. Hence, mental disorder. That doesn’t mean people with gender dysphoria should be castigated. I’ve written many times on the Bird how I would go quite some way to accommodate genuine transgender people in my life. Not because I think they're of the other sex, but because I’m a good guy and typically treat everyone well until they give me reason not to. This is a river of demand that flows solely in one direction.

I want to get blunt for a second. There are lots of genuine mental disorders. Gender dysphoria merely receives special treatment (now) because ideologues have assumed insanely disproportionate control of cultural channels and have been able to rapidly ramrod and spread this dogma. Then using institutional channels they are forcing us all to comply, forcing us all to acqueince to their coveted (and deranged) ideology and agenda. But gender dysphoria is really not much different under this analysis than, say, anorexia. We surely would never “affirm” someone with anorexia as fat to be more “inclusive”. In addition, we don’t have entirely new human categorizations for people without anorexia or schizophrenia or autism or bi-polar/MPD, or depression, etc etc etc. Why the hell are we having the term “cisgender” forced on us? I mean, I know the answer. It’s to dismantle and disrupt the gender binary as part of what Crenshaw describes above. By not being the dreaded white cisheterenormative, you join the “positionality” as James talks about in the thread above that Crenshaw post. Our children join the positionality… and then start being eroded away from their previous moorings, such as family and church. We don’t have to acquiesce to this. There is no such thing as “cisgender” or “cis”. It’s a trick to set the inverse and cement the theory. Can you imagine "cisana"?

I do not and will never subscribe to gender theory. While I'd have a beer with Buck Angel and hang out with him no different than any other beer-drinking friend, fuck no am I ok with Lia Thomas winning the NCAA female swimming championship, or men getting switched to female prisons on command, or our young children's minds being seeded with gender theory and leftist dogma. I would hope you too would be opposed to this poster hanging on a public-school wall in Portland:

But these are the demands we're under. This is the grotesque social pressure we are under. Institutional pressure. Think of all we've learned in Twitter Files. You don’t think this left-serving involvement is having a play here too? Of course it is, they are using the identity cult like an army.
