It's so gross how our sanctimonious left is manufacturing sports into another moralizing engine. You won't find too many leftists in sports jerseys, and there's a reason for that. Sports is the ultimate uniter. It erases boundaries that identity ideologues require like vitamins.

There is an obvious reason why they want to take away and taint the magical bond of sports. Pull it all back into their same sphere of moralizing and control. Make it just another organ of social-engineering, like athletic ESG. Because sports unites US.

Ivan Provorov was allowed to play in a game for the Philadelphia Flyers - the organization that was the first to say that you will be removed from the arena if you utter a homophobic slur - after refusing to wear a Pride logo for warm ups. What an absolute disgrace.
